With over 20 years of experience in finance, costing, project financing, working capital management, budgeting, internal controls, accounting, and audits, she has held key positions, including Finance Manager with the Ministry of Health, and has served as a Cost and Internal Auditor for various companies and statutory bodies. She has also served as an Independent Director on the boards of Carbon Specialities Ltd. and Integrated Industries Ltd., contributing to corporate governance and strategic oversight.

Mr. Rohan Mehrotra is a Qualified Company Secretary and Commerce Graduate with over five years of experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance, including more than two years as Head of Secretarial for a BSE-listed company. He has extensive expertise in the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, board governance, corporate actions, and statutory compliance. He also holds a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA), further showcasing his expertise in ensuring financial integrity and regulatory compliance. Mr. Akhil is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience across Information Technology, Hospitality, Logistics, Chemicals, Manufacturing, and Trading. His expertise includes financial planning, financial controls, accounting, working capital management, profitability analysis, capital restructuring, and project implementation. A proven leader, he has consistently delivered financial results while providing strategic advisory services. He is also a registered Independent Director with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), contributing to corporate governance and board-level decision-making.

Ms. Pratika Sharma is a seasoned Risk Management professional with over six years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). Since June 2019, she has been leading the Enterprise Risk Management Program at IFFCO TOKIO General Insurance Company Ltd., driving initiatives to strengthen the organization's risk governance framework and enhance business resilience. Her expertise includes enterprise-wide risk assessment, policy formulation, regulatory compliance, and the development of key governance documents, including the Business Continuity Plan and Risk Management Plan. she is recognized for her analytical approach, strategic foresight, and ability to implement robust risk management practices that support informed decision-making, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth.
